Is the Fermi Paradox Solved?

Is the Fermi Paradox settled by evidence that extraterrestrials are proteins, and RNA, both in molecule form, and meteors are their spaceships? How?

“If there are all these billions of planets in the universe that are capable of supporting life, and millions of intelligent species out there, then how come none has visited earth? Intelligent extraterrestrial life may exist. But not like in the movie ET, rather in the form of proteins, or RNA, microscopic molecules. RNA molecules have been found in meteorites. Perhaps meteorites, and meteors, are the real spaceships. Thus explaining how DNA, PERHAPS designed and designated by RNA to MAYBE reproduce new RNA and DNA-based life forms. Yet DNA maybe discarded RNA, then the DNA based life forms took over Earth. Furthermore, RNA extraterrestrial presence may explain why magic mushrooms(some of the first known life forms according to clades) might allow us to see alternate dimensions, and or parallel universes, possibly such as the afterlife( Preprint A New Type of Humanities https://www.researchgate.net/publication/385291344_A_New_Type_of_Humanities ).
